River & Way House Church Leader Assessment

The Elder Team and Pastors of River & Way carry a responsibility to work toward creating healthy communities as a vital part of the life of River & Way. We believe the best way to build a healthy community is to commission, invest into, and continue to equip leaders within our community. The heartbeat behind this assessment is to know, develop, and care for the leaders of our church as we follow and serve Jesus together.

The aim is not to find perfect leaders but to identify mature leaders who have built and are building theirs after the model of Jesus’ life. One of the roles of the Elder Team/Pastor Team at River & Way is to partner with leaders in their development of becoming who God has created them to be. This assessment is a significant ingredient to that journey together. Please note that the Elder Team and/or Pastor Team will be the only people able to view your responses.

As you dive into your story, we pray that God’s Spirit would speak grace, truth, and mercy over you as the truest thing about you; your identity as a son or daughter of God is sure founded and secure, and that perceived areas of weakness are opportunities for God’s goodness, strength, and grace to be revealed.
