THE LONGEST NIGHT Monday Night Prayer

On December 21 we will spend the evening practicing “A Liturgy of Lament”. Lament is the biblical practice of taking our hurt and pain to God while declaring our trust in God. On the longest night of the year we want to fully acknowledge the dark and broken places in our world and our lives. We practice lamenting to declare the hurt of our experiences in this broken world and also declare a complete and dependant trust in Jesus. After a long full year, it feels appropriate to name our hurt and pain together as we sing, read, and look toward our hope in Jesus.

The Longest Night will be happening from 8:00PM-9:15PM on Zoom during our regular Monday Night Prayer rhythm.  Zoom link here!
