Hello River & Way Family!
We hope this email finds you well! We have some important news to share about this coming Sunday’s gathering.
Unfortunately, we were informed Friday that the central Air Conditioning unit in the Chapel at The Tower would not be fixed in time for our Sunday Gathering. With the extremely hot weather forecasted this weekend, we have decided it’s best not to gather at The Tower on Sunday, September 4th.
So, is there a new plan for Sunday? With the short notice of our facilities being out of use, we invite you to consider doing one of two things this Sunday:
HOUSE CHURCH: Grab a few friends and family you know and gather for brunch on Sunday morning. Pray for one another, and consider reading and studying the passage we would have been teaching through - Acts 10:1-48.
VISIT ANOTHER CHURCH: We have a high value on church unity, and this pause on our Sunday gathering can be a great opportunity to be a guest at a church to experience what Jesus is doing in the body of Christ throughout the city.
We hope the A/C will be in working condition and plan to resume our Sunday gatherings on September 11th; we will communicate if that is not the case. Thanks so much for your understanding and flexibility!
