This Advent, our River & Way House Churches will come together each Sunday evening, beginning November 30 through December 21, to pause and prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus.

Under the theme “The Word Made Flesh,” we’ll turn our attention to the opening of John’s Gospel and the wonder of the Incarnation—God entering creation and making His home among us. Together, we’ll trace how this mystery reveals the nearness of God and invites us to live as people shaped by hope, peace, joy, and love.

Each week will hold space for worship, prayer, Scripture, art, and conversation, as we slow down to notice God’s presence in our midst and ready ourselves for Christ’s coming.

Come as you are. Come with anticipation. The Light has entered the world.
